We design and develop electronics for measurement, testing, control, data acquisition, etc. applications. Printed Circuit Boards Designed:

  • Strain Gage Signal Conditioner Board
  • Load Cell Signal Conditioner Board
  • LVDT Signal Conditioner Board
  • Control Panel Board for UTMs with Microcontroller, Hydraulic &
  • Electromechanical
  • Analog Signal Control Board with DAC & Voltage Reference
  • Control Board with Motion Control Processor & Encoder Signal Conditioning
We have a PCB Router for on-site prototype design on two-sided boards (In-house PCB Prototyping). Once the design has been tested, it is the best and most suitable, it can be manufactured in quantities. We adopt conventional design practices focusing on the required performance and functionality. We take care of design details and sources of error and noise like the following:
  • Signal Integrity
  • Susceptibility to Noise and Electromagnetic Interference
  • Use of Bypass capacitors to filter interference signals
  • Signal return path
  • Duplication of closed loops is avoided
  • Signal Multiplexing
  • Length, width and impedance of lines for analog and digital signals
  • Combination or isolation of common, (AGND, DGND, GND, etc.), to avoid common impedances
  • Frequency and Bandwidth
  • Isolation of power, power, signal and control lines
  • Tolerances
  • Temperature coefficients of resistances and circuits in general
  • Heat dissipation
  • Galvanic action
  • Considerations of parasitic impedance, capacitance or inductance when needed
  • Load impedance and variations in load
  • Etc.
We integrate into our designs virtually any component or electronic circuit, SMD or Thru-Hole that is necessary to achieve the required functionality and specifications, analyzing and interpreting the data sheets of such circuits and components. We list examples of some of them.
  • Passive elements: resistors, potentiometers, capacitors, inductors, of all types,
  • TTL, CMOS,
  • Diodes, Zener diodes, Schottky,
  • BJT's, Darlington, MOSFET, optocouplers,
  • OpAmps, InAmps,
  • Regulators, adjustable regulators, references,
  • Bus controllers, memories, microcontrollers,
  • ADCs, DACs, inverters,
  • Relays,
  • Etc.
